About Above and Exceeding Care
Who we are
Registered NDIS Provider since 2021
Our aim is to assist our participants to live as independently as possible and to promote individual growth with an understanding of their cultural needs.
At Above and Exceeding Care, we go ‘above and beyond’ to ensure our participants get the best experience and care. We have qualified and well-trained staff who provide outstanding, high quality services.
We have carers that speak a range of languages including English, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, and Indonesian.
History
Above and Exceeding Care was first established as Above and Beyond Care in 2017.
Through some heavy encouragement from a client and some brainstorming, Above and Beyond Care was born.
In 2021, we became a registered NDIS provider and in 2023 our name was changed to Above and Exceeding Care (due to reasons out of our control) and the rest is history as they say.
Who we provide services for
Above and Exceeding Care are a register NDIS Provider and have been since 2021.
We provide high quality, individualised NDIS services.
We also have brokerage agreements with Aged Care providers to deliver high quality aged care services.

Our staff are passionate about providing quality supports that are individualised to participant needs.

Tanja Padezanin
Managing Director
Tanja is the Managing Director of Above and Exceeding Care. Tanja has over 25 years of experience within the Aged Care and Disability Sector.
Tanja started her career as a personal carer and loved the interaction she had with her clients.
Her passion is helping our most vulnerable. Through this passion and dedication, she decided to open her own agency to make a difference to people’s lives.
Sanela Trakilovic
Corporate Services Manager
Sanela is the Corporate Services Manager at Above and Exceeding Care.
Sanela has over 20 years of experience within the Aged Care and Disability Sector.
Sanela started her career in administration in 2004 and has loved every moment of it.
Sanela has a passion in advocating for our most vulnerable.
Veki Nikolic
Administration Officer
Veki is the Administration Officer at Above and Exceeding Care.
Veki has over 5 years of experience within the Aged Care and Disability sector.
One of Veki’s roles is to maintain the rosters and ensure that all our participants receive the necessary services they need to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
